Meet The Artist
My most recent inspiration has been the challenging adventure of moving out of the country to a remote Island in a province of Panama.
I live totally off the grid in a tropical rain forest. Aside from my commitment to leave a small footprint on the environment, the atmosphere and calmness of my new home allows me to expand and reinvent my art in ways I could never have imagined.
As a young child I always loved art, music and math. I received my first brownie camera when I was about 10 when I went off to Girl Scout Camp.
I dabbled in Photography as a teen but really started to take it seriously as an adult. My first love was old school black and white but I have also come to love color photography.
As I work in my studio I am often surrounded by my posse, Mr. Kitty Kitty, Orange Is The New Cat, Lili my dog and occasionally my husband of 34 years Gary.
